Peter, our caller is a high school teacher is perturbed by a drone flying over his school premises. Particularly, Peter is worried that the drone might crash and damage property or even worse, hurt a student. In today’s show, Peter is wondering if his school can be held liable should such an event occur.
This is an interesting scenario that we have not previously discussed on Ask Drone U. We all know that the FAA is responsible for airspace safety.
