- Meet to discuss your goals. What do you want to accomplish with your UAS activities?
- Perform an audit of existing drone operations.
- Develop a plan of training (usually a hybrid approach: online and in person).
- Build a PROPS portal (Drone U Enterprise LMS) for the organization. Onboard program manager and begin adding pilots to the portal and assign appropriate coursework.
- Collaborate on creation of UAS Manuals (SOP’s, Training, Etc) from template library
- Begin In-Person training sequence
- Optimize Operation based upon data
- Recurrent Training - at least annually
