Lorenz Nelson Founder/CEO of Zo Media LLC has over 11 years operating UAS’s. Lorenz started his company Zo Media LLC a Drone Service Provider “DSP” 5 years ago. This company has developed into one of the top producing inspection services for the telecommunications industry. Currently Lorenz is an Enterprise DSP “EDSP” with pilots across the US servicing many venders. With thousands of UAS missions flown firsthand, Lorenz helped to create flight plans in use by the Telecom industry for doing drone inspections. He has also helped leading 3rd party software we use to change or update features that help the pilot in the field to stay efficient and safe. This has also helped him to become a vital tool for research and development by venders on how to conduct missions or gather data. His success is directly related to attention to detail and the drive to learn. Not only can he edit video/photo, Lorenz is very proficient in 3D processing software. Lorenz understands that you get what you give and has spent countless enjoyable hours being an advocate for the Drone Industry/Pilots and pushing it further by volunteering time to those who have an interest in the field.

Dave and Jon Schwalm, Owners of Northeast Dronez since 2012, are a Father/Son Team from Central New York with over a decade of drone experience. Dave's Construction Executive background grew the need for a better way to photograph large construction projects, which naturally pushed them into Drones.

Glenn has a long career in tech. Having spent 45 years in the music industry as an Emmy Nominated Audio Engineer, Producer, Tour Manager, Lighting Designer, Director of Photography, Video Editor, Camera Operator and Recording Studio Engineer the world of unmanned systems was an easy transition for him. In 2015 when he first heard about the flying camera industry he was all in. Flying his first drone, a $45.00
Syma X5 for several months he safely learned the basics of quadcopter flight.

Drone Industry Expert & Aerial Data Specialist
Paul Aiken is a highly accomplished drone industry leader, educator, and aerial data specialist with over a decade of experience pushing the boundaries of UAV technology. A graduate of the University of New Mexico with a degree in criminology, Paul has also studied international finance at Charles University in Prague and holds graduate certificates in data analytics from MIT.

Since entering the drone industry in 2011, Paul has built an impressive track record as a DJI-sponsored pilot for nearly 11 years, winning awards such as Video of the Year for the World Series of Wakesurfing. His expertise extends across mapping and inspections, having successfully mapped most of the baseball stadiums in the U.S. for radar inspection and interference mapping and contributed to large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Paul has trained and developed some of the largest drone programs in the country, spanning construction, utilities, and critical infrastructure. As a certified photogrammetry instructor with Pix4D, he is passionate about creating data-driven training systems that enhance flight precision, limit liability, and instill confidence in drone operators. With a deep expertise in flying low, close, and smooth in any environment, Paul continues to advance the industry by integrating cutting-edge drone technology with real-world applications.

Kevin has been a DroneU Elite Pilot since the beginning in 2018. Kevin was invited to judge the DroneU Videography event at both the first Drone U Fly-In(2016) and the second in 2018. He has had the great experience of instructing many types of pilots from beginner pilots, construction pilots, fire department personnel and swat teams to mention a few.

Kevin is the owner and operator of Sky King Images which was established in 2015. He began work involving flying residential real estate, which progressed to commercial real estate photography and videography. In 2019, he signed his first large contract for construction progression footage of TopGolf Albuquerque, with the contract lasting one year. In 2020, he signed his second construction progression contract, with a contractor building an Amazon Distribution facility. The contract was for multiple weekly flights for two years. In the fall of 2020, he signed another one year construction progression contract for the same contractor building a second Amazon Distribution facility. In 2021, he signed his third one year contract with the same contractor building a third amazon facility. All of these contracts provided him the opportunity to fly many missions; mapping, still photos, videos along with interior photos and videos. Kevin has over 800 flight hours in the last three years alone.

In addition, he had contracts to map multiple cell towers in the greater Albuquerque, NM area. He has contracts with ranchers to provide mapping and agriculture spraying in multiple states

Jason Flakes, President & CEO, is a distinguished designer and award winning architectural photographer based in Washington DC. His educational training from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University has helped him establish the prolific multi-media company, Nomoi Design, in 2008. Jason established Visual14 in 2017, an exclusive collection of exceptional photoraphers that provide full photography and videography production services nationwide.
